Denver hail season hits hard. So do storms, fires, and water. We assess, document for insurance, and repair the damage. Full service from claim to completion.
Hail pummels your roof. A pipe bursts and floods your basement. A tree falls on your garage. A wildfire burns vegetation 5 miles away and smoke damages siding, fills your attic, stains walls. You need two things: documentation for your insurance claim and an actual repair.
We do both. We assess damage, photograph and document it for your claim, work with insurance adjusters, and repair what broke. Most damage repair contractors do one or the other. We do the full chain. That's why homeowners call us first when something breaks.
Denver is one of the most hail-prone metro areas in the United States. Spring and early summer hail storms drive damage claims into the thousands every year. Hail hits roofs, dents siding, breaks windows, damages HVAC units, and cracks solar panels. The damage is immediate and obvious. We assess hail damage the same day. We photograph impact patterns, measure dent sizes, document missing shingles, and identify structural damage. This documentation is what insurance adjusters need to approve your claim. We provide this. We also repair roofs, replace siding, fix windows, and restore exterior damage. If your claim gets approved, we do the work.
Colorado spring storms bring high wind and driving rain. Wind tears shingles off roofs, bends gutters, snaps branches, and topples trees. Rain leaks through damaged roofs, saturates attics, and drains into walls. A fallen tree can demolish a garage or damage a structure's foundation. We respond fast to storm damage. We tarp roofs to prevent further water entry. We photograph damage patterns so adjusters understand the wind force. We remove fallen trees and debris. We repair roofs, gutters, siding, and damaged structures. If your home took a hit, we can fix it.
A pipe freezes and bursts. A water line fails. A roof leaks during heavy rain. Groundwater enters your basement during snowmelt or a heavy downpour. Water damage destroys drywall, warps wood, breeds mold, and ruins belongings. Speed matters. The longer water sits, the more damage spreads. We assess water damage, identify the source (where is the water coming from?), and stop it. We dry out affected areas. We photograph damage for your claim. We repair walls, flooring, and structural damage. We work with your insurance adjuster to document the loss. If mold is a concern, we assess and address it. Water damage is expensive, but it's preventable if handled fast and right.
A kitchen fire, a chimney fire, or a wildfire nearby—fire damages structure, contents, and sometimes the entire home. Smoke penetrates walls, stains ceilings, and fills attics with acrid residue. Flames scorch framing and roofing. Water from firefighting adds to the destruction. We assess fire damage, document it for your claim, and repair what's fixable. Structural repairs are our focus: roof damage, charred wood, weakened framing, damaged siding. We work with insurance adjusters and restoration specialists. Your home can be restored. It takes planning, documentation, and skilled work. We handle that.
You call your insurance company and report it. Your adjuster schedules an assessment. We assess the damage the same day or within 24 hours. We photograph, measure, document everything. We provide a detailed damage report and scope of work (what needs to be repaired and the cost estimate). Your adjuster uses our report to approve your claim. Once approved, we repair the damage.
We’ve worked with dozens of insurance companies and hundreds of adjusters. We know what documentation they need. We know what they’ll approve and what they’ll deny. We advocate for you without being adversarial. Our job is to make your claim as smooth as possible and get your home fixed.
Some contractors only assess. Some only repair. Some only work with insurance. We do all three. That means you have one point of contact from damage to completion. You don’t hire an assessor, get denied (or approved but misunderstood), and then hire a separate repair contractor. You call us, we do the work, and we get you back to normal.
We’re licensed and insured. We carry general liability and workers’ compensation. Your home is protected. Your claim is protected. Your repair is guaranteed.

High wind rips shingles, bends gutters, and snaps branches onto structures. A vehicle hits your home. A falling object damages walls or roof. Impact damage is visible and needs to be documented before repair. We photograph impact sites, assess structural integrity, and repair damage. If a vehicle or tree caused the damage, a third party's insurance may be liable. We help you document this for your claim. We also repair the damage itself—roof replacement, siding repair, structural assessment if framing took a hit.
Windows broken, siding damaged, door kicked in—vandalism is violation and expensive. Most homeowner policies cover it. We assess the damage, photograph it for your claim, and repair it fast. Broken windows get replaced. Damaged siding gets panels swapped. Doors get repaired or replaced.
If you live in the foothills or mountain-adjacent areas, wildfire is a real threat. Fires 5-10 miles away can damage your home through smoke, heat, and ash. Smoke stains siding and exterior surfaces. Heat can warp vinyl and melt components. Ash infiltrates attics and ducts. Vegetation burns near your structure, creating fire risk. We assess wildfire smoke and heat damage. We document it for your claim (many policies cover wildfire damage even if your home wasn't directly in the fire zone). We clean exterior surfaces, address staining, and repair heat-damaged components. We also assess fire risk by clearing dead vegetation and creating defensible space around your structure.
Call us for a free on-site estimate. We'll review options, discuss your climate challenges, and show you materials and designs. Whether you want a simple awning or a full room addition, we have the expertise to deliver in Denver, Boulder, Aurora, and beyond.
Safety first. If there's structural risk, fire risk, or flooding, evacuate and call emergency services. Once it's safe, photograph damage with your phone (this is your backup documentation). Call your insurance company to report the claim. Call us to schedule an assessment. Don't delay—the faster we assess, the faster your claim gets processed.
Not necessarily. Insurance adjusters do their own assessments. But a professional damage assessment document (with photos, measurements, and a scope of work) helps your adjuster understand the damage and approve claims faster. We provide this. It doesn't replace your adjuster's visit, but it supports your claim.
It happens. Your adjuster estimates based on their experience. Our estimate is based on the actual damage we find and the cost to fix it right. If there's a gap, we can request an adjuster re-inspect (called a 're-scope'). We advocate for a fair number. If the adjuster stands firm and it's below our estimate, you cover the difference—or you can hire a cheaper contractor.
Assessment takes a few hours. Documentation (photos, measurements, scope of work) takes 24 hours. Insurance approval takes 3-10 business days. Actual repair depends on the damage—a roof might take 3-5 days, structural repairs might take weeks. We give you a realistic timeline once we assess the damage.
Your insurance covers nothing. You're responsible for the full $5,000. This is why it matters to get the damage assessment right. If there's hidden damage (water damage inside walls, structural damage not visible) we find it and document it. That can push the total loss over your deductible.
You can't prevent hail from falling. But you can know your roof's age and condition before hail season. If your roof is old or in poor condition, a hail strike is more likely to cause significant damage. If your roof is newer and well-maintained, minor hail might not harm it. We inspect roofs and give you an honest read of how they'll hold up in a hail event. Bad concrete fails even with seal. Good concrete stays durable when sealed.
Mold grows in damp environments. The longer water sits, the higher the mold risk. Speed matters. Dry out affected areas fast and you prevent mold. If mold is already present, we assess it and recommend next steps (may involve a mold specialist). Most mold is remediable if caught early.

I had a few things around the house that needed attention — a leaking kitchen sink, a loose faucet, and a couple of light fixtures that needed to be replaced. The handyman showed up on time, worked efficiently, and explained everything he was doing. Everything works perfectly now and the price was very reasonable. I’ll definitely call again for future projects.
We hired them to mount a large TV above our fireplace and install some shelving in the living room. The installation looks fantastic and everything is perfectly level and secure. He was very professional, clean, and clearly knew what he was doing. It’s hard to find reliable help these days, but this company is the real deal.
Our toilet started constantly running and I couldn’t figure out what was wrong. The handyman came out the same day, diagnosed the issue quickly, and replaced the parts inside the tank. The repair was fast and now it works like new. Super friendly service and very knowledgeable.
We had several small projects piling up around the house — a towel rack that came loose, a cabinet door that wouldn’t close properly, and a bathroom fixture that needed to be replaced. Instead of calling multiple companies, we had them handle everything in one visit. The work was high quality and done much faster than we expected.
Excellent experience from start to finish. They installed a new kitchen faucet, fixed a slow draining sink, and even helped adjust a door that had been sticking for months. Everything was done professionally and the workspace was left spotless. It’s great knowing we now have a dependable handyman to call.
